Another July customer described water-damaged wood flooring: Andrew responded to the inquiry within an hour, assessed the damage the next day and sent a detailed proposal within six hours of that visit. The customer praised the repair and its blend with the surrounding floor. Peart says it has served Martha's Vineyard since 2017, providing residential and commercial home improvement and property maintenance. Its website names Vineyard Haven and lists work ranging from decks, fencing and painting to landscaping, tree care, excavation and septic installation. The site describes the company as fully insured; that is its own statement. Customers describe hiring the team across several kinds of work. In June 2026, an Oak Bluffs homeowner recounted projects over three to four years: leaf and brush cleanup, tree removal, exterior house painting, deck staining and electrical outlet work. Carpet removal and flooring installation were still underway when that review was written. A separate June customer described replaced wood shakes, removal of rotten corner boards where needed, painted house trim and a replacement deck. In May, a Google customer said Andrew and his team had finished a screened-in porch within budget. Longer relationships also feature in the accounts. A July 2026 Angi customer said they had used Peart for four years of maintenance, cleanup, landscaping and deck restoration and staining, praising prompt service and reasonable pricing. In January 2026, a Google customer described three years of large-tree removal, with attention to nearby houses and electrical lines, cleanup and adherence to competitive cost estimates. A February 2026 Angi reviewer described a Sunday-evening snow call returned within five minutes, followed by arrival within 45 minutes for snow removal, salting and shoveling. There are reservations alongside the praise. A July 2023 Angi fence customer said the price was higher than hoped, though it was reduced somewhat and the job was done well. A May 2024 fence review mentioned delayed materials and said Andrew was apologetic; the customer praised the workers and cleanup. A July 2023 tree-work account displayed one star on Angi and HomeAdvisor while its written comments praised the work and help with other projects. Google showed five stars from 16 ratings in August 2026; Angi and HomeAdvisor each showed 4.7 stars from 45 ratings.
