Four companies advertising 24-hour service let the phone ring. CM Electrical picked up — on a Sunday — and Connor Moruzzi was at the house thirty minutes after the call, fitting a replacement circuit breaker. That was October 2022, and it is the story customers tell over and over: somebody answers, and then he turns up. CM Electrical is Connor Moruzzi working out of Framingham. The BBB lists it as a sole proprietorship and grades it A+ without accreditation, and his Massachusetts electrician licence is active. Google shows 4.9 stars across 43 ratings. The work runs from tiny to structural. In August 2024 a customer had outlets replaced inside and out, three ceiling fans hung and a new porch outlet added, and wrote that it is hard to find anyone willing to take the little jobs at all. A May 2022 kitchen renovation meant island lighting, power feeds relocated for the stove, outlets moved and a sub-panel put in. He has installed EV chargers in September 2021 and February 2023, recessed lights and dimmers in December 2021, electric baseboards in November 2021 where he modified a part to make it fit, and four outdoor floodlights in October 2021, upgrading one of them on the spot for better coverage. A good number of customers arrived with someone else's problem. In October 2022, after a run of Eversource power surges, he worked out the fault was on the utility's line, got Eversource to fix it and replaced the pot lights that had been damaged. In December 2022 a homeowner whose solar installer had gone out of business had him file the warranty paperwork, and when the wrong parts came he went and sourced them elsewhere. In July 2022 a customer who had just failed a fire inspection got him out the next day. One account goes hard the other way. In February 2024 a customer wrote that he spent three hours at the property, left, and the fire alarms then went off; the fire department told them the wiring had been messed up and a number of things damaged. That reviewer also said the five-star reviews had to be from friends and family. The June 2021 HomeAdvisor reviewer was milder and landed on the flip side of his availability: good work, but a busy man and hard to schedule. For everyday electrical work around Framingham — outlets, fans, lighting, an EV charger, a breaker on a Sunday — this is a strong call, and especially so for the small jobs larger shops turn down. Book the date rather than assuming it, since more than one customer mentions how booked he is, and have him walk you through what he changed before he leaves.
Great work and a really nice guy. Reasonably priced and very responsive.
Had a couple great experiences with Connor. Wicked hard worker and I am going to go back to him whenever I need electrical help done. Super knowledgable guy.
Connor was prompt, showed up on time and attentive to my requests. He did a bunch of smallish jobs- replacing outlets inside and out, installed 3 ceiling fans, and created a new porch outlet. It’s hard to find someone willing to do little jobs. He did what I needed with good humor and good workmanship. Highly recommend
Connor is a pleasure to work with. I have been satisfied with his quality of work, pricing and response time for almost 3 years. I have several properties and issues but I know one call to Connor will leave me completely relaxed and at ease. His response time is amazing, his quality of work has been flawless and his pricing is reasonable and fair. I trust him with all my electrical needs but above all his customer service is amazing, if I could I would give him more than a five star.
CM Electrical has supported my business for the last 2 years plus. The response time, care and work quality is outstanding. I cannot recommend this business enough. I never have to worry about a thing, I have a trusted resource who is there for my business during work hours and otherwise. I have times of emergencies were I need immediate support to be operational and CM always picks up the phone and is there when I need them.
