CBA Blessed Construction

Siding jobs account for several detailed customer experiences with CBA Blessed Construction, alongside roof repairs, gutters and outdoor lighting. The Framingham company says it installs, repairs and replaces asphalt-shingle, metal and rubber roofing, siding and gutters. It names Kelinton Guilherme de Paula Costa as its founder. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 212319, is expired according to the state registry. A Google customer writing in March 2026 said Keliton and his team honored their original siding quote even after material costs increased. They praised the attention to detail and said the team listened to requests and contributed ideas. In a September 2025 review, another customer described a siding project on one exterior wall: Keliton helped select materials and colors, handled permits, and the crew insulated the wall, sealed and taped gaps, wrapped it and installed siding. One October 2023 Google reviewer raised concerns about window detailing after vinyl siding, window-trim wrapping and gutter work. Although they appreciated the overall outcome, they reported unsealed gaps at the sills and caulk that was starting to crack, and said they resealed many gaps themselves. They feared water intrusion and rot; the review described that risk rather than established rot from the work. Roof and exterior repairs also appear in older accounts. In a December 2022 Thumbtack review, a customer said CBA repaired their roof, siding, gutters and an interior ceiling after a tree damaged the home. They described an inspection that included roof photographs and an estimate the next day. A November 2024 Google reviewer said Keliton identified a mis-installed kitchen exhaust vent as the cause of a leak, later repaired it, and subsequently fixed windows and re-sided part of their home. An April 2026 Thumbtack customer reported that one of the company's electricians installed 350 feet of Govee outdoor lights plus extensions in one day. Google shows 4.8 stars from 13 ratings, and Thumbtack shows 4.6 from 44.
