The work performed was extremely poor. He was contracted on a new HVAC system to be installed. It failed inspections, had many issues. The owner Chris gave me the impression he didn't care about the project at all. Gave him over 15k, total project cost was $16102.50 and the system still does not work. Everything from incorrect duct work throughout the entire house, gas lines installed incorrectly, incorrect placement of multiple dampers, Chris not checking on his employee's work, screaming at them the few times he visited, damaged brand-new furnace while installing it, installed Ac condenser on an incorrect pad size, threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay even though it failed the cities inspection. Have been contacting him for over 3 weeks and no response. Think twice before you hire him. His Mechanical License 00008086

Chris and Joe are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He fixed the problem and explained the cause and solution and explained how to avoid future problems. We find all C-Mag technicians to be first-class professionals who know their business. I have been a customer of theirs for over 15 years. I highly recommend them.
