CMW Roofing & Siding

After a summer storm dropped a 60-foot tree on one house, Henry's crew opened the roof and found the job had doubled: in an October 2020 review the homeowner described 11-hour days replacing two cracked support beams, more than 50 splintered rafters and over 20 pieces of plywood before any shingles went on, plus the garage roof, chimney repair, gutters, downspouts and damaged siding, with photos supplied for the insurance claim. CMW Roofing & Siding, based on McDermott Rd in North Haven, Connecticut, holds 4.9 stars across 279 ratings on HomeAdvisor and Angi, 4.8 across five on Google, and an A+ from the BBB. Roofs and gutters are the usual jobs. In November 2020 customers described full roof replacements finished in one or two days with the yard left cleaner than before; a November 2021 reviewer had the roof and gutters done, gutter guards added and no nails left behind. In a July 2020 review, a customer whose gutter guards had stayed clear for over a year despite nearby pines left a message asking for Xavier and got a call back within minutes. In March 2024 a Google reviewer praised a roofing and gutter installation, and a 2021 customer had a 1,500 square foot flagstone patio laid. The one complaint, from January 2023, said a 16-foot gutter was installed wrong and months of back-and-forth had not fixed two issues. Some 2020 reviews of the same crew, naming Henry and Xavier, refer to the business as Connecticut Masonry & Waterproofing. CMW Roofing & Siding's Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0626669, is active, and its website cites the same number.
