Coastal Construction and Design Inc.

We recently wrapped up a substantial home remodel project, fixing and updating a good deal of items that were long overdue. Chris and Diana were fantastic throughout the whole process, providing fresh ideas and quality work while keeping everything within budget. Diana worked with me to design a truly amazing kitchen and bathroom, and Chris and his team made them a reality. They also gave the entire exterior a much-needed facelift, and rebuilt my garage from the ground up. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I will be calling them for any future projects!

Chris and Diana are an absolutely incredible team! They transformed our bathroom into a beautiful, spa-like retreat that exceeded all of our expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure every element was just right and that we were completely happy with the results. Communication was always clear, and the project was completed in a timely manner — as promised. It’s rare to find people who care this much about their work and their clients. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Chris and Diana to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction.

I still can’t believe this is my home. Chris and Diana transformed my outdated lake house into a custom retreat that feels like it was pulled from the pages of a design magazine - yet somehow, it’s perfectly me. Diana has an incredible gift for design. Her lighting choices, textures, and clever details - like hidden doors and bespoke shelving -make every corner feel intentional and warm. Even from hundreds of miles away, she kept me involved in every decision with videos, samples, and a designer’s intuition that made me feel truly understood. Chris’s craftsmanship is extraordinary. His precision, respect for my property and communication with my neighbors, and relentless work ethic are rare. Every window sill, doorway, and join feels handcrafted with pride. They are a powerhouse team who build not just houses, but homes that reflect who you are. I feel lucky every single day to live in the space they created.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Chris and Diana on our garage transformation project, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, they were professional, thoughtful, and an absolute joy to work with. What stood out most was their creativity and attention to detail. They brought fresh, inspired ideas to the table that truly transformed our space, while always keeping our vision, style and needs in mind. Every design element felt intentional and cohesive, and the end result is both beautiful and functional. They were also incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the entire process which was particularly important given that we don’t live locally full-time and were remote for most of the project. The whole experience smooth and stress-free. Equally impressive, they delivered everything on time and on budget—a rarity in the world of renovations! Their organization, transparency, and commitment to quality were evident in every phase of the project. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Coastal Construction and Design to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and creative team. Thank you both for bringing our vision to life!

Chris and his crew are top notch. They built my mother’s house on Sebago Lake, completely renovated my Uncles house on Sebago Lake, and built me a beautiful kennel for my dog training business. All of my clients were beyond impressed with the building, and were more than happy to know that their dogs would be staying in such a nice place while in training. Chris also redid all of the flooring in my house, and did a great job. Chris always answered any questions that I had, and has always done a phenomenal job for me, and my family. I strongly recommend Chris and his crew.
