Dave Johnson Building Remodeling

A 2015 customer said Dave Johnson builders handled a 14 x 20 ft. extension with a brick chimney and stone fireplace from start to finish, including the blueprints and the permits. The company describes itself as offering building and remodeling, from custom renovations to new construction, and says it has been in business 30 years. A 2016 customer described an extensive remodel that took about 2 1/2 months and gave them a new kitchen, sunroom and entryway. A 2015 customer said a detached garage was converted into a 1000 sq ft house for family from just a sketch and conversations. A 2014 customer said Dave provided a full set of design drawings before the estimate and contract signing, and that work on their addition continued through cold and stormy weather. A 2019 customer said their basement was finished quickly. A 2018 customer described a kitchen and bath project, including a door and window, that was completed in the time they had estimated. A 2017 customer said that after the project the work site was cleaned up, with no nails, sawdust or other construction debris left behind. A 2020 customer said their project took a small bit longer than projected, much of it due to slow delivery of supplies during the pandemic, and that their one frustration was not being fully included in daily schedules.
