Getting a dumpster where it needs to go, then collecting it when promised, is what several Coastal Waste Management customers describe. A May 2026 Google reviewer said the container arrived on time, was placed exactly where needed and was picked up promptly when the project was finished. A July customer described flexible delivery arrangements that became punctual once a time was agreed, followed by a pickup that did not require them to be home. The Mashpee company says it is family-owned and provides dumpster rentals, residential trash pickup and recycling for household, yard and construction waste. Its stated service area covers Cape Cod towns including Falmouth, Sandwich, Barnstable and Chatham, along with Plymouth, Wareham, Rochester and Carver. Google shows a five-star average from 422 ratings, and BBB gives the business an A+ grade. Customers describe using the dumpsters for yard work, spring cleanouts and clearing a parent's house. In a June 2026 review of the house cleanup, the customer said delivery and collection were on time and Tom answered their questions. Another first-time renter writing that month said Matt handled the order and Tom delivered the container; the company accommodated a four-day rental extension. A July reviewer likewise said keeping a dumpster for a few extra days was no problem. Some accounts involve short deadlines. In May 2026, a customer doing a Hyannis cleanout said they needed a 30-yard dumpster two days after a weekend request and received it first thing Monday morning. Another May reviewer described same-day delivery of a 10-yard dumpster and collection the day after calling for pickup. These were individual customers' experiences. Residential collection customers also describe ongoing service. A June 2026 reviewer praised punctual weekly trash and recycling pickups. An April reviewer said that after they forgot to put their trash at the curb, the crew rolled it out so they would not miss collection. On pricing, a July dumpster customer said charges were reasonably priced and there were no hidden or extra charges beyond those outlined in the contract. An older complaint warrants a plain account too. In February 2023, a one-star Google reviewer alleged missed pickups and said the company refused a refund after cancellation despite repeated calls and a letter to a vice president. The reviewer also said they could not reach management.
