Graci Enterprises

Graci Enterprises is a Pocasset-based contractor run by John Graci Jr., known on Cape Cod for a mix of work — roofing, dumpster and junk-hauling services, and general home projects. A 2024 Reddit post summed up local sentiment plainly: "good work and won't take you for a ride." Reviews describe a range of jobs handled well. A recent review says John "listened to all my concerns and stayed within budget," calling him "a gem to work with." A 2024 review describes a roof replacement completed fast and clean despite weather delays and a holiday-season schedule. A 2023 review, describing multiple projects over time, calls the work timely and on-budget, adding, "they are my first call anytime I need anything done around my home or in the yard." Two more reviews, from late 2022 and early 2022, specifically praise dumpster rental service for a new-home build, calling response times prompt and pricing competitive. The company was also recognized in a January 2024 LinkedIn post as a Gold Level Sponsor of a local event. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#208031) has expired, per the state registry. For Cape homeowners needing anything from a roof replacement to dumpster rental for a renovation, this is a well-regarded local operator with a consistently positive account across several kinds of work — worth confirming current licensing status directly before booking any project that requires it.
