Carpentry Demolition

Builders call Carpentry Demolition when something has to come out without the rest of the house getting wrecked. In June 2026 a remodeler wrote that they count on Luiz's team for their own jobs; a month earlier, a building company that had worked with a lot of demo crews called them a go-to for controlled demolition work. The Mashpee company was incorporated in 2020, and its BBB profile names Luiz Fernando Bonhoti as owner. Its site says Luiz started it after years working in the field, and describes residential and commercial work — interior and exterior demolition, deconstruction and general carpentry, from the first site visit through debris removal and final cleanup — across Cape Cod, the islands, the South Shore and southeastern Massachusetts. Thirty Google ratings average five stars, and in more than half of the reviews someone mentions the same thing: the site was left clean. A July 2026 customer wrote that the quote for demolition was fair, the work finished on time and the worker left the site clean; in a February 2024 review, Burr Remodeling thanked the crew after a whole-house demo for leaving the site so clean. Two 2026 customers describe the rest of the home kept protected while an interior demo went on around it. The jobs run small to substantial: a kitchen demo in June 2026, two old chicken coops that May, and a large section of barn torn down and disposed of after Gabriel came out to inspect the structure the same afternoon. An October 2024 review describes a two-level 16-by-30-foot porch taken down after Luiz returned the call, visited the job site and gave an estimate; days later that month, a homeowner wrote about a house cleanout where the crew brought every tool needed to disassemble and remove furniture. In a May 2025 review, a project manager at a residential renovation company said they are quick to respond for scheduling and arrive on time on the scheduled days. Two things to pin down. The two directory profiles disagree on size — BBB's lists one employee, Thumbtack's ten — so if a demo sits on the critical path of a renovation, ask how many people will be on site. The carpentry side covers a long list on Thumbtack: framing adjustments, structural modifications, stairs, doors, windows and crown molding, next to the demolition services; ask which of those the crew takes on itself. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #216749, is active, and its BBB profile carries an A+. For a wall, a porch, a barn or a whole interior that has to come out on a date certain with the debris going too, this is a straightforward call — confirm crew size for your window and get the carpentry scope written down.
