A 2023 customer said the Coccomo Brothers renovated a house they had just bought, and that Tommy and Michael were upfront with all of the costs and came to the house quickly to give a quote and get started. That 2023 customer also said Michael and Tommy guided them to the products with the best quality for the best price. I had a fantastic experience purchasing my home from this team. They built a truly beautiful house, and their responsiveness since I closed and moved in has been incredible. While there are always a few minor punch-list items that need to be tweaked with a new-build property, they have been more than willing and quick to address everything. It's clear from older reviews that the owners have taken feedback to heart and grown tremendously—my personal experience has been nothing but positive. Highly recommend!
I was able to witness the Coccomo brothers painting one of the most beautiful Colonials you've ever seen up on one of the 7 Sisters in East Haddam Connecticut. The year must have been around 1989 or so. If I could relive a select few days from my lifetime, that would be one of them. Watch out for Fritz near the tree in the courtyard.

I could not believe how quickly they were at the house to provide a quote and get started on the job. They worked quickly and the quality was amazing. We recently built our newly constructed home by Coccomo Brothers at Farmington, Connecticut. All our friends and family loved the house and the quality of work done by Coccomo brothers in the house. The Coccomo brothers were very supportive, and accommodative to our innumerable requests to customize the house as per our wish. They were very patient with us, when sometimes we wanted to make certain structural changes when we don't like them, after the work was already done. I sincerely wish they build many more beautiful houses in Connecticut, and get recognition for their beautiful work. I highly recommend to consider Coccomo brothers to anyone who is planning to build their new dream homes.
