Coldwell Banker Realty - Nashua is a real-estate brokerage at 569 Amherst St in Nashua. The available reviews span 2023 to 2025 and include a mortgage-lending professional praising Cassandra Smith's listing-side professionalism, a 2023 first-time buyer describing prompt answers from Kim during an eight-week purchase, and two one-star complaints: one about alleged treatment of elderly and disabled people and another about a person named Justin Dufoe and Reignmakers. The positive accounts describe responsive communication and seller representation, but the review set is small and mixed. The mortgage-lending reviewer identifies a professional transaction role rather than a homebuyer, so that praise should not be treated as ordinary customer corroboration. Anyone considering the Nashua office should confirm which agent would handle the transaction, the office's complaint-resolution process, and the relevance of the complaints to the specific agent or service involved.
I am the VP of Mortgage Lending in the Northeast with OriginPoint. I closed a transaction with Cassandra Smith from Coldwell Banker -Nashua on the listing side back in January. Cassandra was extremely polite, professional, and seemed to have her sellers' back at every turn. She is just the kind of realtor that sellers want right now, trust me!! Thinking of buying or selling? Cassandra would be a smart place to start.
Justin Dufoe made a bad bet with reignmakers and instead of taking it as a lesson, he sued the company and ruined it for everyone. If this is the kind of people you employ, I'll take my business elsewhere.
I was very shocked with their treatment of elderly and disabled people. When I tried to report the incident to their management, they closed ranks and victim blamed. It was stunning at how uncaring, discriminative, and ablist they were.
I bought my first home in December of 2022, so I obviously waited a couple of months to post a review... I worked with Kim for about 8 weeks to close a deal on my first home. Every question I had was answered within minutes. It didn't matter if I texted her at 6:30am or 10:00pm. She had the answer or would find the answer in a timely manner. We we're getting evicted from our previous living situation because they we're converting their duplex house into a one unit home... We we're given a time table of 6 months to find a place and these terms were explained to Kim in it's entirety. She would send us homes within our budget almost daily. If I could rate my experience, it would be a solid 10/10. If you're skeptical, ask for Kim!
