She did the work to help arrange contractors and worked with me to stage the home, saving a lot of money and achieving great results. We got an offer above asking within a day of listing and a very quick closing process. I am very pleased with the whole process and the outcome. Overall a great experience. I contacted Paul and Debbie mostly because they had just put a nearby property under contract which eventually closed over asking price. They promptly set up an appointment to go over how they would market my condo, show me a few comps and help me determine the listing price. Debbie described how she would stage my condo and did a great job with the staging. After less than 2 days listed I received a very good offer and decided to accept it after a day, it was pretty much a no brainer, over asking price and to top it off it was a cash offer. Paul and Debbie guided me thru my decision to accept the offer and through the closing. I never felt any pressure during their presentation to make my decision to have them as my agents and absolutely no pressure to accept the offer. I will definitely recommend Paul and Debbi to anyone I know who may be listing their property

If I could give Deb and Paul 10 Stars, I would. We were looking for a very specific home that was not easy to find. They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. They're very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. They had our best interest in mind and truly care about their clients. They are very knowledgeable about the current market and area that they were the perfect realtors to have. When it was time to put an offer in, they knew exactly how to do it to get us the best home for the price that we could. We trust their expertise and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Terrible selfish can’t help with info on realtailing and just hang up
