A 2025 customer said April at Cole Cabinets project-managed their cabinets through the build and installation, set them up with a waterfall countertop and sourced custom Cambria quartz that wasn't easy to get. That 2025 customer said the price was the lowest quote they received and more affordable than big box stores. A 2025 customer who came in about a kitchen remodel for a family member said April quoted rollout drawers for their island at a lower price than other carriers, and the drawers arrived within two weeks. When that 2025 customer had trouble installing them, April asked Steven from manufacturing to walk them through how the drawers install in the cabinet. A 2024 customer said they used Cole Cabinets for all the cabinets in a large home renovation, with April working on the overall design and making updates as they asked. A 2023 customer described shower work that went wrong: the showerhead was not lined up with the mixing valve, half the tiles were chipped, and the shower door went in with 3 screws on one side and 2 on the other where 4 per side were called for, plus a wood shim, a misdrilled hole and scratches on the header panel. That 2023 customer said Steven, whom they later learned is one of the owners, told them they could touch the tiles up with paint. Rhode Island lists its home improvement contractor registration, GC-3365, as active, held by Cole Cabinet Co Inc.
April at Cole Cabinets was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, her communication was superb! Always quick, clear, and helpful. She made the entire process seamless, from project managing the cabinets to overseeing their build and installation. Her knowledge and advice were invaluable, especially when setting us up with a stunning waterfall countertop. When it came to the countertop she was also able to source custom Cambria quartz that wasn’t easy to get. The quality of the cabinets are amazing and put our old one to shame. Not to mention, their prices were the lowest quote I received and were even more affordable than big box stores. April’s professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made this entire experience a joy. I highly recommend Cole Cabinets, and especially April, for anyone looking for top-notch cabinets and excellent service!

I met April for a kitchen remodel for a family member. While in the showroom I saw my kitchen cabinet brand. I asked about ordering rollout drawers for my island. April got back to me quickly with pricing that was lower than I had received from other carriers. They arrived within two weeks. Today I had an issue trying to install them. April told me to bring them in. She asked Steven from manufacturing to walk me through how they install in the cabinet. I Can’t begin tell you how happy I am to be able to get to anything in the cabinet without having to remove everything first. There customer services is amazing. We recently did a large home renovation and used Cole Cabinets for all the cabinets we needed. They were fantastic to work with from the start. We worked with April on the overall design. She was amazing to work with, responding quickly, making updates to the design as I asked, and mostly being patient with the many questions I had. The quality of the cabinets are fantastic and am beyond thrilled with the results! I highly recommend this team!
They don’t pay attention to detail. Their finish work is terrible. They couldn’t line my showerhead up with my mixing valve. I only noticed it once I took my first shower. Totally unacceptable. Plus half my tiles were chipped. Steven told Me you can get some touch paint and touch them up wow come to find out he’s one of the owners wow they didn’t install my shower door wrong they call for 4 screws on both sides do to the weight of the glass doors only put 3 in one side 2 in the other side with a wood Shim on one side also they missed drill an hole and they and had scratches all over the header panel. just left they don’t care about that workmanship slap the stuff up and go!!
