DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Southern Rhode Island

From the start of the process my wife and I felt we made a great choice to renovate our kitchen with Dream Maker bath and kitchen . Megan who designed and provided coordination, made great suggestion while listening to our desires for a new kitchen. Once a plan was approved she accompanied us to select all new products like backsplash, sink, special doors for ease of access. Once we were introduced to the construction team we were pleased with their professional approach, building skills, trustworthiness, and friendliness. They always were on time and on the rare occasion they could not be at our house, we were notified. In short they were great to deal with and corrected the very few issues that we identify. Excellent service and communication. Dennis and Brian were so helpful for my cooktop replacement project. Brian was able to cutout my countertop to fit the new cooktop measurements. I look forward to having them back to adjust cabinets to fit new double ovens.

Dreammaker Bath and Kitchens came out to do a tub to shower conversion for us in a guest bath as well as a partial kitchen remodel. Husband and wife team/owners who have a very nice showroom in Warwick. First and foremost, I have to say, the crew they sent out was top notch. They don’t have a large crew and they are measured in the number of projects they take on to fit the capacity of that crew. The carpenter, plumbers, electrician, even the demo guy - all excellent. The crew, whether subs or employees, really were worth their salt in the quality of the work and quality as human beings, respectful of you and your property. The latter may seem superficial but believe me, it becomes super important as your home is taken apart and you’re living in a big mess while construction moves forward. A+ The tub to shower renovation was unbelievable. We provided most of the materials and they did the renovation. I could not say more good things about how it turned out. One thing worth mentioning is that they are a franchise and like most franchisees, their pricing fits a preordained price list that is usually set by the franchisor, not the local dealer, so while they were, in my experience, a little on the pricey side for the partial kitchen renovation in particular, I accepted that in exchange for quality and accountability, and I wasn’t disappointed. We have all been through the promise you everything but deliver a nightmare scenario of one sort of another in the world of building contractors. There will always be someone out there willing to do it cheaper. But we also live in a world where you get what you pay for — and we did. They are on balance, a really decent company to work with and I would recommend them.

We are enormously pleased with our new kitchen cabinets. The workmanship is superb, and the look and layout is even better than I imagined. We had some issues during installation, but Dennis and Brian took care of them. Very happy with our new kitchen.

Dennis and Christina made our bathroom remodel easy. We had a small bathroom in need of an update and it was transformed into a beautiful and wonderful use of space Every step was proficiently handled like a well oiled machine. The contractors were top notch professionals.
