Supposed to be on scheduled deliveries but they often forget to come and fill my tank! Pleasant and professional. Id just appreciate not running dry every 7 weeks.

Elite a great company to work with. They just installed a split style room air conditioner in my house and I’m very happy with their work.

Elite serviced my two-year-old boiler this past summer for a routine cleaning and tune-up. About a month or so later, the boiler stopped working. They returned and replaced the oil filter, attributing the issue to leaky filter gasket. Less than a week later, the boiler failed again. This time, they charged me a diagnostic fee and determined that I needed a new control box, costing $465. However, just a few days after that replacement, the boiler stopped working once more. When they came back, they claimed the issue was vacuum pressure from the fuel pump and recommended installing a Tigerloop costing more than $800. Since the control box was clearly not the root problem, I requested a credit for the unnecessary part, but they refused. Then, three weeks ago, I noticed heavy soot sprayed out of the vent piping. When they inspected it, they said the boiler needed another cleaning and made a significant adjustment to the air intake baffle—suggesting to me it was improperly set during the original tune-up. Despite multiple misdiagnoses and poor workmanship, they refused to take any responsibility. Because of this, I will never use their services, purchase their fuel, or recommend them to anyone.

My heat stopped working...gave them a call and service technician was at my house less than two hours later. And they fixed the problem in less than an hour. A++ for service and professionalism. Very impressed with Elite.
