Commonwealth Construction and Development Inc

About 165 feet of chain-link fence in four days, despite challenging weather: that is how one HomeAdvisor customer described Commonwealth Construction and Development's work on their property. The company names North Smithfield, Weymouth, and Providence, Kent and Bristol counties as its service area, and its website describes kitchen and bathroom updates and whole-house renovations. Fences come up in the details customers give. A HomeAdvisor customer said the company installed their chain link fence and that they cleaned up the area after the installation. A Google reviewer wrote about a new fence and praised the pricing and the installation. A Google reviewer praised the company's work on their front deck and walkway, along with the painting of the front of the house. A HomeAdvisor customer hired the company to paint a rental property in Weymouth, MA, and said the painting project was completed quickly and neatly. A HomeAdvisor customer said the company converted a commercial space into two white-box units, including the required plumbing and electrical work. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 212780, held by Muhammad Qandil, is active on the state registry. A Google reviewer thanked Mr. Qandil and his team and said the team completed the construction work smoothly.
