Read them and the same shape repeats — water damage, an insurance claim, and a project manager who keeps calling back. Homeowners writing through 2025 and 2026 name their PMs by name (John Norton, Erik Ostroff, Pablo, Steve Reesor, Andrey Smirnov, Matt), which is rarer than it sounds and says something about how the company assigns work.
