One described the owner as responsive and knowledgeable "in most aspects of building"; another called him dependable, on time, with the final cost matching the original quote and the job site cleaned up afterward; a third praised constant communication throughout the project. One thing worth asking about directly: the profile's own "About" and highlights sections give three different figures for years of experience — 25, 30 and 36 — so it's not clear which, if any, is accurate.
