Comprehensive Home Inspection

I highly recommend Tom from Comprehensive for any building inspections. We initially hired him to inspect a new construction house, and he identified numerous significant issues that could have led to major safety concerns and costly repairs down the line. Thanks to his thorough inspection, we decided against purchasing that property. Instead, we bought an older home and didn't hesitate to use Tom's services again. In this case, he found a few minor issues, but nothing major. Overall, Tom's expertise has been invaluable, and his services were definitely worth the investment.

Tom did a terrific job for us when we decided to buy our "forever" home.
