Conant Andrews describes itself on its website as third generation carpenters, offering small repairs, additions, remodeling and custom built-in cabinetry. The company has also been named on downeast.com. One recent job was a window and carpentry project: converting skylight-type windows to roofing, then installing large IGUs that needed framing on the exterior and interior. That customer said Luke and his team handled the demo, roofing conversion, framing, staining and painting, and called his process straightforward. A recent customer said they worked on a sinking front porch, stairs and front door, were on time and on budget, and were friendly with their 3 dogs. A recent customer said Luke was detail-oriented, organized and communicative, that updates on the project came frequently, and that the site was cleaned and left tidy at the end of every workday. A 2026 customer said Luke gave the exterior of their home wider stairs and trim around the windows. A 2026 customer said Conant Andrews built storage shelves and made basic changes to the walls of their basement, making it functional as a painting studio, and was grateful they took on a small project and treated it with care.
