Dirigo Property Services

I am very pleased with the work from Dirigo Property Services. We got a very reasonable quote on some built in cabinets to frame out our mudroom bench for extra storage. Scot was great with communication and getting me a fast quote. Jonathan completed our project and was very professional. He came to measure to ensure he had the right dimensions for everything to fit perfectly since our space was unique. Scot was great with keeping us updated on timeline and Jonathan was able to schedule install around our personal schedules. Jonathan spent enough time installing and getting all the details just right. We are extremely impressed with Jonathan's work! And happy we hired Dirigo property services.

Dirigo did very high quality work on our bathroom remodel. Our house is about 80 years old and had the original fixtures underneath tub surround remodeling. They removed all of that and replaced with great materials, modernized electrical and plumbing, and fantastic tile work. Communication through email is sometimes tough but we figured it out.

Excellent last minute deck refinishing!

Yes, we recommend Dirigo Property Services. Dirigo has done a couple of projects for us. First, we had a stair lift installed. We were impressed with how quickly he had it ordered and installed. We had to have them come out to tweak a few things and they promptly responded the next day. We also had a bathroom remodel. Hugh and Mira were incredible. It's not easy to have your home invaded by strangers, day after day. At the end of the remodel, they were more like friends. We LOVE our new bathroom with the new skylight! As with all home renovations, a few surprises/issues cropped up, and all were dealt with according to our wishes. Dirigo has also stepped up to help us deal with an ongoing roofing issue, which has meant a lot to us.
