Shawn and his team have been nothing short of incredible, he has always come through when I ask ! We are having a bridal shower and asked him to clean up and enhance my property WOW amazing work, my home has never looked better ! We are the envy of the neighborhood thanks to Concord Tree ! I would highly recommend

If I could give negative stars I would. Our company S&S Renovations was subbed out to do work for Shawn last summer. Almost a year later and still have not received payment of over $5,000. Have tried many times calling, emailing and even went to his office and was told “check is in the mail”. FYI the address listed on Google for his business is not correct. Was directed to his current warehouse by the previous address occupants. They said a lot of people come by looking for Shawn for payment. Not sure how this place is still in business. Do not do any business with this fraud.

Beware!!! We were hired by Shawn McCarthy at Concord Landscape to do a 26 condo snow removal at Maple Meadows in Sudbury MA, on 1/25/26 & 1/26/26. Work was completed as agreed but no payment was ever received (over $2,000). Also, around the same time frame he hired us to do a 5 tree removal job. Gave us a deposit check, tried to cash it his bank declined (no funds) We removed 2 of the trees and half of one in the meantime then stopped work. After numerous attempts at trying to contact Shawn the owner via text, calls & calling the main office number (happens to be temp disconnected) decided to post our experience here on Google before taking legal action. I'm shocked this business is still running after seeing other reviews of so many others being stiffed for payment and lousy unfinished work. Also, not to mention the court documents showing liens put on his home for non-payments of leasing his shops. This is no way to run a business especially for someone with a family and kids. We all have families to provide for counting on the money we earned to pay our bills. Do your due diligence, find and research another company for your landscaping needs.

I am sharing my experience as a business owner who worked directly with Concord Tree & Landscape (also operating as Concord Design and Landscape). In July, they purchased materials from us and issued two checks from two different bank accounts, both of which were returned for insufficient funds. Despite multiple attempts to collect payment and direct communication with the owner, no payment has been made to date. We ultimately had to take the matter to small claims court. A judgment was awarded in our favor after the business failed to appear for the scheduled hearing. This review reflects my firsthand experience and the documented outcome of the legal process. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to other businesses or consumers.

WARNING!!! Don’t do buinsess with these people they reserved 4 machines for a winter rental and reached out every week for two months to confirm that we kept them open for them then the day before the rentals are due to be delivered that stopped answering. They have a fake card number. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Stay far far away Shawn is a scam artist.
