Condon and Fox designed and built an in-law addition to my daughter's home. You will not find a more professional, honest, and capable contractor to head up your project. Their work is consistently top notch. Their relationship with subcontractors guarantees the project will not suffer undue delays.The work site is kept clean and organized, and the project kept pace with the schedule originally proposed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I had a fire that completely destroyed the inside of my house. Condon & Fox was extremely professional throughout the process, hired the best subcontractors in disciplines outside of their expertise and restored my home to the elegance it was before the fire. Tom is a perfectionist and pays attention to the smallest of details. His work is unquestionable the best and I would recommend him to family and anyone that had a quality home project to complete.
I was told they are the best contractors in the area. That is completely incorrect. Three reasons why you should request them last or run a different direction. 1- They were late to the meeting (Yes things happen) but never apologized (RED Flag) 2- Very negative and not very knowledgeable (My wife and I have purchased 4 homes in multiple states and we have worked with multiple contractors and this one was the worst). 3- Terrible on keeping deadlines, dishonest on time-frame of work. If any of this is not important to you then be my guess and waist your money with Condon & Fox Building Corporation.
