Two things to pin down before signing: the site says licensed and insured and displays a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CSFA-106715, which is the company's own statement rather than something confirmed against a registry, so ask to see the current certificate and the insurance binder. New Hampshire does not register general contractors, so there is no state registration to look up on this side of the line.
