A tub pulled out and replaced with a walk-in shower: a recent customer of Connecticut Custom Creations said the bid was prompt and thorough, came with options to keep the cost down, and that Guillermo and his team did the installation. It holds 4.8 stars from 57 Google ratings, 4.7 from 26 on Houzz and 4.8 from 25 on Angi, and its BBB grade is A. A 2025 customer on Angi said a bathroom and bedroom job promised at one month plus ran past two months and that construction traffic damaged the dining room floor; Dustin gave a discount toward a flooring company. They are a refresh company not a real remodeling company. They do the bare minimum and charge heavily. It's low-skill and surface-level work. Absolutely terrible experience. Super low quality instalation. Nothing but sales gimmicks and poor work behind the price tag. Deceptive sales tactics tied to awful construction skills. My bathroom they did is falling apart. Project manager ignored my initial requests and did what he wanted instead then claimed I didn't request what I did during the estimate. Talked me away from a tile shower into a "vinyl wall system" because that's what they like to put in. Switched my copper pipe to smaller PEX and now I have backpressure and when you run the tub it dribbles out the shower head - confirmed by 2 real plumbers.
Dustin W. Is an amazing bath remodeler. My bathroom looks incredible! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Dustin complete transformed my bath this may. He came all the way out to California for my remodel via special request by my husband. He’s amazing!!
Dustin did exceptional work for me remodeling my bathroom, kitchen and new roof on my home The quality of the work was very excellent. I would highly recommend him and his company. Dustin always checks on his people to make sure his customer is getting what they asked for. They also redid my porch area over with new flooring and counter top going into my kitchen.
