What is missing is homeowners: no customer reviews have been posted on BuildZoom, and its Procore profile publishes no rating either. Before calling, ask about licensing directly. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration for the company, plus a journeyman electrician number it says it could not confirm with the licensing board — neither has been checked against the state registry here. Its Procore profile also self-declares Hispanic-owned and disability-owned business classifications; those are the company's own entries on that profile, not badges confirmed against a registry. The same profile lists roofing and siding among its trades, which its own website, electrical from top to bottom, never mentions. Worth a quote for panel or EV-charger work, particularly on new construction, where its filed permits show it has actually done the job. Confirm the electrician's licence number and current status with the state first, and ask for references directly — with nothing written by past customers anywhere, the company's own account is all there is to go on.
