In a 2011 review, a condo association described water damage that hit three of the four units in its building, a job that involved all of the trades; the reviewer said Dan's estimate was competitive, he could start right away, and he communicated throughout. A 2011 customer whose roof was damaged in Irene wrote that Dan came over right away, gave the estimate needed for the insurance claim and waited until the insurance settled. In a 2012 review, Dan and his crew built closets, installed doors, tiled a bathroom floor along the way, and stayed within the estimate. A 2012 reviewer in South Boston said Dan removed a small section of wall to confirm it was dry after a leak, patched and painted it, and came back to fix another blotch without a new invoice. In a 2012 review, a customer wrote that he showed up late the first day, did not show up the next, and left re-plastered walls with embedded paint flakes, drips and dust across the bedroom. They took out the old frame and door. Clean the old wood out and put new frame and new door in <br />

Leak occurred from top floor unit down onto ceiling and walls of 2nd floor unit in a condoized 3 family in South Boston. Dan Conway came out and assessed the damage, assured us that there was no remaining wetness and mold behind wall. 2nd floor owner wanted to take a look behind the wall so Dan removed a small section of wall to confirm. Wall and wood was dry. <br /> Hole was patched, stain blocker applied, and walls and ceiling were painted. Work took 3 visits to house. After work was completed and Dan was paid, we noticed another blotch on wall and Dan came back and fixed without a new invoice. Will do business again. <br />
Dan provided a competitive quote, did a quality job and on time, cleaned up after <br /> he finished, and best of all with no supervision. Just <br /> handed him the keys, went on vacation and the job was complete when we came <br /> back. A man of few words, he allows the quality of his work to speak for itself. <br />
