We hired Steve and his team to build us a unit to surround our existing fireplace. We had an idea of what we wanted, but it was Steve’s expertise and insight that made this project come out absolutely beautiful!!!!! He was a pleasure to work with. His communication, talent, and professionalism was top notch! We will definitely hire him for future projects and highly recommended him!!!! Thank you Steve & Leo for making this outcome possible!

I highly recommend Modern Remodeling. Steve and his guys made a dream come true for me. They removed my old "double", double hung and replaced it with a beautiful Bay window. Steve and his team came by to remove ice dams from our home. They were incredibly respectful of our home and property and worked safely amidst really tough conditions. We had our bathroom fully renovated over a month ago by Modern Remodeling. From the start our contractor Steve was so professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the remodel. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He was always communicating with us. Steve and Kal worked diligently everyday to complete our bathroom. He also had the plumbers electricians and painters here in a timely fashion all of whom did an outdtanding job! Was a great experience having Steve as our contractor! He is at the top of his game! Steve also took the time to keep our house clean during the remodel which is so important! Again we highly recommend Modern Remodeling and Steve and his team! We give him a 10 and will have him back for our next project!!

Update 5/2/26: Steve returned to touch up several areas along crown molding and at main stairway. Attention to detail and mastery of his craft. I contracted with Modern Remodeling for a major house remodel that included new kitchen, and dining room, new flooring, windows, second floor landing. Very happy with Steve and his team - professional, communicative, responsive to questions and requests for status, great team of trusted electrical and plumbing sub-contractors. I highly recommend.
