Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling

We sent the message below directly to Cooper Lane, waited three business days for a response but received nothing. While we have been very satisfied with their service in past years, we were somewhat disappointed with the maintenance appointment last week. We realize that accessing the upstairs (attic) unit is difficult, but previous technicians have nevertheless been able to fully service it, while Robert Maloney simply said he could not check the coils due to the way the unit was installed. Further, we asked that he check a filter above the stairs landing as it appears that a previous technician “jury rigged” the incorrect size to install it, and he said he did not have a tall enough ladder. The bottom line is that for $508 we would expect more thorough service.

Our central AC needed replacing & on one of the hottest days of the summer this company kept their word and showed up with 3 great young men ready to work as promised. Mathew, Dino & Talan were professional, thorough and explained the process every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

NO stars!!! They charged over $300. for the Service call + Labor. The technician spent 5 minutes, did not use a single tool, did not diagnose or solve the problem. When I brought this to management attention, they refused to reduce the fees. I had my furnace replaced by DG Services - they gave me the best quote & did a great job. I absolutely would NOT recommend Cooper Lane.

The installation of my heat pump got off to a bit of bumpy start but Cooper Lane stood behind their work and smoothed everything out, to everyone's satisfaction. Gail (the friendly, helpful voice of Cooper Lane) and Matt M (senior technician extraordinaire) are my heroes, and you couldn't find better people to interact with. Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling were recommended to me by a local professional and I would not hesitate to do the same.

David and his staff were very accommodating. They did a great job, left our home in an immaculate condition. The system works great, keeping us warm! This was the second project they have done for us. As a restoration Architect I highly recommend them for all your HVAC work.
