We called on coppersmith for some electrical work and have been so pleased with their communication/ ability to quickly manage our requests and professionalism Including their on-line appointment confirmation system. We won’t hesitate to call on them again for projects big or small. Thanks Michael!
We had a great experience with Coppersmith Electric. Scheduling was easy, communication was excellent, and the work was completed very efficiently. We would definitely recommend them!
Our new house feels so much more like home after the work Coppersmith did! We had switches and ethernet moved (surprisingly life changing), an outlet fixed, and power brought out to our shed. We went with Coppersmith because it seemed the perfect balance of a professional service run by an individual person who's truly engaged in the day-to-day, and that was exactly our experience. Michael came out himself to complete a quote—he was prompt, informative, and supportive of our goals, and shared a very reasonable quote quickly. Scheduling was easy, and communication was always proactive and possible via text for ease. The day the work was to be done, he and team members Bella and Tim came out in the morning - They were punctual, efficient and courteous—they brought such a positive energy! Bella always happily took the time to explain options, and ensured we were happy with each step before the team moved on. She also happily listened to additional opportunities we identified and thoughtfully scoped them in. The team coordinated with Dig Safe and inspectors, and handled digging the trench they needed with a machine they brought. They also were patient with our rambunctious pups and were conscientious about noise and internet or power losses during the day, as I was working from home. This was truly a 10/10 experience—if you're within their working radius just count yourself lucky and get on their schedule!
Michael and team at Coppersmith are outstanding; extremely responsive, highly articulate simplifying complex issues into understandable solutions, and very personable.
Thought we had a fairly easy project, moving a smoke/CO2 detector about 10 ft in a 18 ft ceiling. Michael advised before the work started there could be some factors that might make the project more involved. We appreciated the ‘heads-up’ as the project did get bigger. We are very pleased with the results, the communication, reasonable pricing and quality work. Thanks Michael!
