Another February visit found a hidden leak inside a wall and fixed it without tearing the wall out. No showed 3 times in a row with no heads up. Jay would set a time, then push it to afternoon, then the next day multiple days in a row. First two days, I understood, as emergencies pop up, but they became less and less responsive. I can’t speak to the quality of their work as I’ve been unable to get them to actually show up.

Our main sewer line had some problems. Cast iron pipes that were originally installed in the house had corroded, and some sections even had bottomed. Axel was sent to assess the situation after we called Drain & Water. The two options were: 1) relining the sewer main line under the concrete slab; and 2) pipe burst the sewer main line under the driveway.<br><br>Their quote was substantially lower than that of two other plumbers for the same scope. Axel responded to all of our concerns and questions. He was in good contact with us during the entire process. Drain & Water coordinated the underground utility service and handled all permits.<br><br>The crew came to our house every day to introduce themselves, tell us what they planned to do and give us a schedule of when the drains would be closed due to the work they were doing on the sewer line. They also gave us an estimate for when they could be used again. Every day they cleaned.<br><br>Give them a call if you've ever needed plumbing or drainage work!

This plumbing service has been used twice. I used this plumbing service twice. The first time, it was for a new water tank. And the last job was to repair a leaky pipe. Other plumbers offered me quotes but they seemed to be very expensive. Justin was sent out to give me an estimate and explain my options the very same day I called. The price was significantly lower than other competitors. Both times, they returned the following day and completed the work on time and professionally. Everything went well and there were no surprises. They will be my first call for future plumbing issues.

Mitch is a good guy to help you troubleshoot a tankless water heating system. He is honest, straightforward. He finished the job in a reasonable period of time. He had a good understanding of the problem, and deep cleaned the unit. He quoted a price that was cheaper than the vast majority of plumbers licensed in Sacramento.
