CoreComfort is a heating business where one recent customer reached a man named Chris about five minutes before closing and had every question answered patiently. That customer says Chris had to reschedule the visit because he ended up short staffed, then arrived promptly the following day and provided an itemized receipt plus before, during and after pictures of the work. The visit left that customer with more confidence in a 19 year old furnace. A 2026 customer said they were without heat on Super Bowl Sunday and Chris showed up in less than 40 minutes from the phone call. That 2026 customer said a needed part could not be found at local stores, so Chris rigged the system to give them heat for the night and came back the next morning to upgrade it with several overdue maintenance items. The same 2026 customer felt the pricing was fair and said the house heated more evenly afterward. A 2026 customer said Chris came right down to help and described same day emergency service 7 days a week.

TL:DR - don't waste time on ai call bots and poor customer service with other companies. Call Chris with core comfort. Timely, professional, and passionate about his craft. Reached out to a few places, one didn't answer the other was an AI that got my name wrong and scheduled a call back, I missed that call by 7 minutes, when I returned the call I got the AI again who again got my name wrong. When I called core comfort, I honestly didn't even look at the name but I got in touch with a guy named Chris. Chris answered my call like 5 minutes before they are scheduled to close. He answered all my questions patiently, conveying both knowledge and passion for his craft. We then texted back and forth that same evening, sending him pictures (that were probably useless until he coached me through what he actually needed to see) and setting up a time for him to come out. When the day arrived Chris reached out early in the day explaining he ended up short staffed and would need to reschedule. He arrived promptly the following day and did the work exceptionally well, providing an itemized receipt and before, during, and after pictures of his progress. Throughout the entire experience he was professional and transparent clearly demonstrating his skills and ability. Overall, great experience that left me itching to remove my air conditioners and turn on my furnace - with greater confidence that my 19 year old furnace will do what it was built to do when the weather goes down hill in a month or two.
Core Comfort saved the day, on Superbowl Sunday, two hours before kick off! What a time to be without heat! But Chris showed up in less than 40 minutes from the phone call. There was a specific part that was needed, and he drove to several local stores attempting to find it, but to no avail. I think the low temperature for that night was going to be in the negatives, we could not go without heat. Chris came up with some way that he was able to “rig” the system to give us heat for the night, I won’t pretend to know how to explain what he did lol… All I know is that it worked, and we had heat that night, and he was back first thing the next morning, and completely upgraded our system with several overdue maintenance items, and things that needed replacing. (The unit is about 22 years old, and we honestly haven’t done much in that time to it, other than an annual cleanings, so it was well overdue for some TLC) We felt his pricing was very fair, and the work was excellent. We couldn’t believe how much more efficiently our whole house heating system was running once he did all that he did. The house heats more evenly, and we hear the unit kick on far less than it had been. All in all, we can safely say that Core Comfort is our go to going forward, highly recommend!
