Corliss Landscape & Irrigation

I’ve worked with Brett on a couple planting projects at our home, but this was the first time I requested legit construction. The team removed an old hot tub hut and paver patio, regraded the entire area, and installed a new paver patio. It was all completed on time and on budget. When I asked that some of the impacted surroundings be tightened and cleaned up, Brett didn’t hesitate to execute my request. The backyard now looks and feels excellent. I plan to work with Brett and Corliss again in the future.

The transformation of our property has been phenomenal! Our project manager, Brett, and all the team members were very attentive to all our needs and communication was their #1 priority to see that we were completely satisfied with the outcome. I recommend avoiding Corliss Irrigation. Everyone is generally pleasant on the phone. Scheduling and service levels are not acceptable. Update: Corliss started our irrigation this year (2025) and reported all systems were operating normally except one valve box that needed 5 hours labor. They scheduled us for their earliest appointment at the time, June 20 which was over 3 weeks from when we scheduled. By Monday, June 23 I called to find out what happened to the appointment and was told it was postponed to July 15 for no reason and with no notice. I canceled the appointment and had my landscaper come for an emergency service. Our irrigation system which Corliss has maintained for us the last year and for the previous owners for many years, is in shambles. Many sprinkler heads leak or do not flow, one zone is connected to 10 heads. One zone’s poly tube was cut, folded over and buried. We are disgusted by the discrepancy between what we were told and what is true. If the irrigation wasn’t set to run at 4AM I would have noticed the issues before now. I’m glad the appointment was missed so the shoddy work could be exposed.

From mulch delivery and tree planting to landscaping and stonework, I've had nothing but great work from Corliss. Clear communication and pricing too. I've hired all of the major North Shore companies over the years, but Corliss is the only one I'll have back.
