Don’t need to say much as others have had the same issues. Took forever to get the irrigation job completed and it wasn’t done correctly. Then the back flow popped last fall and after several messages and text messages, zero reposnse. Great work man! 👎🏻

Rob acknowledged his plumber should have not installed the back flow preventer like he did. That’s fine, mistakes happen and he said he would have it corrected. He never did. Also did not complete the installation of my sprinkler system. He stopped responding to my calls and texts. He was a very nice guy up until the point he completely stopped responding to me about finishing the work. Not sure what happened, but I can’t recommend him.

Cornerstone had a contract to maintain the lawn and shrubs and manage the irrigation system in our development. Initially Rob was responsive and did a good job. Within a couple of months he stopped showing up to perform weekly maintenance and the quality of his team’s work went down hill. Weeding wasn’t done, the lawn was scalped and Rob could not be reached. Many attempts were made to reach Rob and try to resolve the problems but he never responded. This went on for weeks. His team was told to not come back. We never heard from Rob. Clearly he is no longer interested in his business.
