Google reports five stars from 20 ratings. Older customers describe chimney repairs and fireplace changes in detail. In an October 2024 review, a homeowner with a partially collapsed chimney says Chris surveyed the damage, explained the repair, and supplied a detailed printed estimate before supervising the work. The customer also describes cleanup and a written summary with before-and-after photographs. A March 2024 reviewer says the team changed a brick fireplace to gray stone at a good price.
