A 2025 customer said Adam arrived early, ran an aerial drone scan of the house, then spent 90 minutes going through the house with them; they also had him do radon and water testing. A 2025 customer wrote that noticing potential issues with a porch saved them 20k on their first home purchase. A 2026 customer living in Massachusetts said Adam visited a new build in Vermont twice, once before the drywall was up and again right before closing. In a 2023 review, a customer said Adam came back a day later with a 35-page report on a condo unit they were considering, and they walked away from closing on the purchase.
Responsive, prompt, fast, and thorough! He was passionate about his work, took the time to explain everything clearly, and paid attention to the details. He made the whole inspection process easy and stress-free. Plus, he has a cute dog! I highly recommend Cottonwood Home Inspections.
Adam was Outstanding! Super informative, really great guy, and you can tell he knows his stuff - especially with old homes. He walked us through everything on site, answered all our questions, and the report was completely on point, clear, and thorough. No fluff, just exactly what we needed to feel confident. I Highly recommend Cottonwood Home Inspections if you're buying in Vermont, it only gives me 5 but he's a 10/10! 🏡
Adam exceeded all expectations - First time home buyers here, knowing little about the process, but he was informative, kept things in simple terms, and answered all questions effectively! Very thorough in his inspection and report, and made it super easy to schedule within our needed timeline! Thanks Adam!
Very knowledgeable and friendly. His pup is 1 of the best workers we have seen. His reports are detailed and he will give helpful hints to updates/upgrades that may be needed.
Inspector was very knowledgeable, thorough, and got the report to us quickly.
