Welcome Home Inspections and Testing is a home inspection business that goes by WHIT on its website, where it says the home "should be a welcoming place." A 2025 customer said Christian Shively was thorough with the inspection, then called afterward to go over the report and answer all questions. A 2025 customer living in New Jersey who purchased a home in Vermont said their 27-year-old son attended the inspection, and that Christian took the time to teach the son certain things, followed up the same day with a phone call to review, and sent the documents by mail. A 2025 reviewer called the report comprehensive and said Christian was available. A real estate broker wrote in 2025 that Christian explained his findings and answered all questions for the broker's clients.
Christian shively was really good and thorough with the inspection. After the inspection he called and went over the report to explain his point and answered all questions. One of the best.
We hired Christian to inspect our home and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and took the time to explain things to us and put our minds at ease about the whole process. Would highly recommend Christian to anyone in need of a home inspection!
Christian is the very BEST! If I could give 11⭐️I would. I reside in NJ and just purchased. home in Vermont. I was not present at the inspection however my 27 y/o son was. Not only was a very very thorough inspection performed Christian took the time and patience to teach certain things to my son. Many people don’t take the time like Christian did. He followed up the same day with a telephone call to review , and also the docs where in the mail. Purchasing is exciting and stressful but Christian sure did his job above and beyond. I can’t say enough and would highly recommend his services. Great job. Nice to see a new start that had a proper inspection. . You won’t be sorry with his services. BTW IM NOT RELATED TO HIM AND IS ONE THAT IS HARD TO PLESSE 😊👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍😊⭐️⭐️⭐️👍😊
Very knowledgeable and thorough does a great job highly recommend!
This was a superb experience. I would recommend them unconditionally. The price was excellent, the report comprehensive and Christian was extremely available.
