An attic that was unfinished and uninhabitable is now a primary bedroom, finished ahead of schedule, according to a recent Google customer of Ed Wolfe Builder. That customer said Ed also opened up a claustrophobic entryway and stairs, and that it was their first major renovation project as homeowners. The company describes itself as specializing in custom home building, renovations, carpentry and fine woodworking in Southern Maine. A recent customer said Ed built a portico for them and was easy to work with throughout the process. A 2025 customer with a home from 1860 said Ed found solutions for the interior projects he had worked on there, and was building a deck for them at the time. A 2025 customer said Ed built a brand new bathroom in their home.
