- Damage photos — a 2024 customer said they photographed it for the insurer
- A spotless workplace — a 2023 customer said Siggi and his son left it spotless
A 2024 customer said that, with a nor'easter approaching, Ziggi called to ask whether any water was coming into the kitchen, then came with his son and spent 8 hours building a framework over the exposed roof-deck and covering it with plastic sheeting. That 2024 customer had hired Siggis' Son and Dottirs Remodeling to repair a roof-deck that was buckling, with improperly installed flashing and soggy plywood decking. The same 2024 customer said they took photos of all the damage to help with the original contractor and the insurance company, and kept them up to date along the way. A 2024 reviewer wrote that the company replaced their garage door with a homemade double swing door in place of the original overhead door. In a separate 2024 review, a customer said they helped from conception through repair and upgrading, and finished within the estimated price and time. A 2023 customer said Siggi and his son showed up when they said they would, finished on time and left the workplace spotless.

Last summer, I found out that the roof-deck on my ten year old house had not been installed properly and the boards were buckling up, flashing had been improperly installed, there was no rubber roof installed and the plywood decking was soggy. Ziggi also looked inside the kitchen and living room where he could see there was some water damage caused from the condition of the deck. Ziggi & Son & Dottirs came and looked at it, also looked inside the kitchen and living room where he could see there was some water damage caused from the condition of the deck. He gave me a quote and immediately started to work on it. They were excellent! They took photos of all the damage to help me with the original contractor and insurance company. Along the way, they kept me up-to-date with everything they were doing. Last fall we had several nor'easters come thru. As one approached, Ziggi called and asked if I was seeing any water inside the kitchen or living room. I was beginning to see water in the kitchen sink coming from a light fixture. At this point, the deck framework and plywood was completely exposed. Ziggi and his son came quickly and spent 8 hours constructing a framework over the deck and placed plastic sheeting over it to prevent further damage. I would highly recommend Ziggi and his company for any remodeling job as he was professional, courteous and concerned about the job and the customer.

Siggi and his son did excellent work for a reasonable fee. They showed up when they said they would, finished on time, and left the workplace spotless. We will definitely call on them again!
