Crosby Fence Company

Custom wooden fencing is a recurring part of Crosby Fence Company's work: one May 2026 customer described a large section made in the company's shop, with storm-damaged fencing repaired during the same job. The Orleans company says it has served Cape Cod for over 40 years. Its website offers residential fence installation, repair and replacement in wood, chain link, aluminum and vinyl, along with enclosures, arbors and pergolas. Customers describe designs built around their properties. A July 2026 reviewer said fencing at two Orleans properties was still standing after more than 20 years and credited the owner with designing for privacy and the safety of dogs and toddlers. Another customer, writing in May 2026, described custom wooden fencing with tongue-and-groove boards that left no gaps and cedar posts whose underground portions were painted for rot resistance. That reviewer praised flexibility over the work and scheduling, while saying the fence was a little more expensive than some alternatives. Several recent customers describe work arriving as promised. A June 2026 reviewer said a wooden split two-rail fence was installed on schedule and at the quoted price. In July 2026, another described arranging a long perimeter-fence replacement ahead of the following spring season and said Crosby kept to the timeline. A May 2026 customer likewise reported the promised timing and cost, quick completion and a spotless site. Earlier accounts describe other materials and repairs. In a November 2025 review, a customer described a white vinyl fence installed at their parents' South Yarmouth home, with questions answered promptly and cleanup at the end of each day. A March 2026 reviewer said Trent provided an estimate the same day he visited after a tree crushed a chain-link dog-yard fence, and that the damage had been repaired by the time of the review. In June 2025, an Orleans couple said Crosby realigned fencing bumped by a large vehicle at no charge. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 35 ratings. One September 2025 reviewer, however, described the interaction with Paul as unprofessional and pushy. Crosby's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. Its BBB profile is not accredited and is Not Rated.
