Crosier Electric holds Massachusetts electrician license 1555-EL-A1, active on the state registry under the name Crosier Electric Inc. The company says it has been in business for 30 years and names Berkshire as its service area. A 2025 Google customer said the men who came were timely and clean, and that they came the same day the customer called. A 2024 reviewer called them responsive and reasonably priced, and said they were there when needed for the reviewer's two inns. A 2023 customer said they were on time and planned to call them for more work on the house. In 2022, a reviewer who sets up services for corporate relocations wrote that the company would not do work for the reviewer's firm, only for end customers, even after the reviewer offered to pay by credit card up front.
The men who came were very timely, and clean and came the same day I called, they were here with in a few mins. And we will call them again if needed.
These guys are responsive, professional, kind and reasonably priced. They are there when we need them for our two inns. In a word, they are terrific.
Crosier Electric is great! On time, great work, will be calling them for more work on my house!
I deal with high level corporate relocations and my customers have us set up all the services they need done in there home. I was informed by this company that they would not do work for my company only with end customers. I told them I could give my credit card info up front and we could pay them same day and they still shot it down. I really don't understand what the difference is between the homeowner paying them and my company. Either way they would have been paid the same amount on the same day. Pretty unprofessional. My customers dont have time to be reaching out to electricians to do electrical work for them that's my job so dont bother reaching out to them if your not the homeowner
