A 2025 customer said they lost power on a Friday afternoon after water got into the electrical panel from the main on the roof, and Juan replaced the main so the house could stay warm. The same 2025 customer said Juan came back on Saturday to upgrade the panel, moved the box four feet to meet current code, took care of permits and arranged for the town inspector. A 2025 customer on HomeAdvisor said Juan came out the next day, on a Saturday morning, for a potentially hazardous electrical problem and stuck with his original quote though he had to stay longer than expected. A 2025 customer had Juan back for two jobs: outlets and lighting in the basement and an EV charger in the garage. A 2025 customer said Juan helped in an emergency on the July 4th holiday.

We had such a great experience with our recess lighting that we brought Juan and his team at Crown Joules back for an outlet installation. He worked efficiently and was adaptable with our project and needs. He explained different options to us clearly and provided us a fair rate. If we have any additional electrical work to complete, Crown Joules will be the first we call!
We've had Juan and his crew out for two separate jobs and both have gone perfectly. Work is done right and neatly. Extremely professional, prompt with service and communication. No wondering if he is going to show up or stick to his price.
Great work and customer service. The owner (Juan) called back within an hour or two of my message to set up a time to scope out the work; that walk-thru happened the next day. I received a quote a couple of days later and the work (new installation of two baseboard heaters, new double pole circuit breaker and dedicated wiring) was done a couple of weeks after that. The execution turned out to be quite challenging due to matters beyond his control, but Juan honored the original quote. He and his crew-member Scott worked diligently throughout and did a nice job cleaning up. Definitely recommend Crown Joules Electric.
