A 2024 customer had been quoted $5k by another company to replace an entire central air unit. That customer said Jason replaced a few mouse-chewed wires and a heat exchange canister and worked on the thermostat, bringing back to life what the customer thought was a dead unit. The same 2024 customer had first hired Jason for furnace duct work repair. A 2024 customer who booked furnace service said Jason was on time, was flexible with his schedule and explained everything in terms the customer could understand. A 2025 customer said Jason installed two heat pumps in their house two years earlier and that both later stopped working. That 2025 customer said Jason did not return calls or text messages, and said they were looking at close to $10,000 to repair the heat pumps with a different HVAC company. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.

Revised Review Jason installed 2 heat pumps in our house 2 years ago. We had some initial problems with installation, which led us to install the second heat pump for the 1st floor. In spite of additional expense of second heat pump, I still gave him 5-stars per his request as I did not want to him to lose business, and everyone makes occasional mistakes. However, both heat pumps stopped working recently. I tried to call and send text message to Jason and he has not returned any of my calls. I hired another HVAC contractor and found out that he installed heat pumps that use R32 coolant that was banned in 2020 (which is probably a different issue). Also new HVAC technicians informed me that the repair should be covered as part of my warranty by original installer (as they may also get it covered from the manufacturer per my understanding)--and Jason is not returning calls. So now I am looking at close to $10,000 bill to repair the heat pumps using a different HVAC company. Beware, if you are ask him to do a major project and need repair, you will be out of luck with getting him to return your calls.
Jason was recommended by a coworker for my furnace ducts work repair. While working on that project with his coworker he asked about my central air unit. I was given a quote by another company last year for $5k to replace the entire thing. I was limping along with window AC units in my 1940's cape until I could afford that. Jason took a look and was able to replace a few mouse chewed wires, a heat exchange canister, and tinkering with the thermostat to bring what I thought was a dead unit back to life! Thank Jason for going the extra mile!
I had called and spoken with Jason about servicing my furnace, Jason was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Making an appointment was easy as Jason was flexible with his schedule. Jason had come out today to preform the work he was on time, professional, he explained everything thoroughly and in terms I could understand. I am looking forward to doing business with Jason in the future on my next property. 10/10 would recommend.
