Excellent service. My ac quit on the hottest day of the year. I called Pat at 8:40 pm. My ac was up and running by 9:30 pm. Highly recommend Very professional. I will call him for future needs.

During this last long, chilly spring, we were still using the heat every couple of days. One morning I noticed the furnace was blowing cold air. Everything was running except the (gas) burners. A basic reset didn't help. Never having relit this unit, and being a little leery of gas in general, I decided to call a pro instead of guessing. I originally called Valley Mechanical because they are local. I was fortunate that Patryck answered right away. He was able to come out later that day, working around my schedule, even though I told him it wasn't an emergency and it could have waited until the next day. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 20 minutes! (It wasn't just a case of relighting the pilot) Overall tremendous service.

Came out within 15 minutes of a call. Quickly identified the issue with my AC and promptly fixed it. Very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC systems, will definitely call again if I have a HVAC issue.

Yesterday was my first experience with this company when I needed my furnace checked for safety concerns. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable about everything involved with my heating system and patiently explained many features to watch out for. He was both polite and friendly, while also arriving at my home promptly. I will certainly call on him again when I need HVAC services.

10/10 recommend Pat! He came out on a Fri night, 2 days before a major snowstorm and fixed our boiler. He was prompt, friendly and HONEST. We will be using his services from now on.
