Google shows 4 stars across two ratings, and the one review with any detail comes from a homeowner who has had the company open and close a pool for several years: "Reasonably priced. Always reliable for additional service or trouble shooting," with a technician named Eddie singled out as knowledgeable. That fits the repeat-service niche a half-century-old pool company tends to occupy. It is also one voice, and the Houzz profile shows a single project and no reviews. So the reputation here is thinly documented for a company this old: two Google ratings and one posted project are the whole public paper trail. If you are buying an install rather than a season of service, ask for references from recent pool builds and get the scope in writing. The right call for Plymouth-area pool owners who want a long-established local shop that handles openings, closings and troubleshooting and stocks the parts. For a new in-ground build, gather competing bids — there is not enough written history here to lean on by itself.
