They do installations for more than 27 years, and I am gladly found them. Hard workers and professionals.

Last week Tom and Matt installed the 2nd pool that I've hired them to do in the last 12 years. Perfectly done! Then they explained what I needed to do with crushed stone; how to put in the Old ladder on the deck that was custom built for the old pool which was made around that pool. Matt even meticulously explained how the deck should be modifed. I finally got it filled today and the new skimmer was leaking. I texted Tom at 9:35 PM and he got back to me at 10:06 PM explaining that the Pool Factory's skimmer were cheap and that he will be here TOMORROW with a new Hayward skimmer!! I have NEVER experienced the level of professionalism and customer service that I have CONSISTENTLY gotten from Tom amd Matt Gaudet. I cannot imagine why anyone would choose another team for their pool. Seriously, freaking WOW!!!
Great guys, great work. All you can ask for. You can tell Tom and the team have been doing this for years, they know all there is to know. Very pleased.
