Crystal Glass

Crystal Glass does one thing: the glass that goes in your bathroom. Shower doors and enclosures made to the opening, plus mirrors and railings, from a Milford shop. The company says it works in 3/8-inch tempered glass — clear, low-iron or frosted — with CRL hardware, and backs the installation for a year with a warranty covering adjustments and sealing. What customers keep describing is the schedule. A November 2025 reviewer had the installer arrive on time for both the measuring visit and the install; another that month said the crew left the bathroom in perfect condition. One January 2026 customer's door came in about two weeks earlier than expected, and a June 2025 HomeAdvisor reviewer said the team suggested which door to buy, dealt with a challenging install, and finished on or ahead of schedule. Midiã handles the phone, and she is named in reviews through 2025 and 2026 — returning a first call right away in an October 2025 account, patient with a customer's questions in January 2026. The finished work gets described in the same plain terms: a perfect fit and a door that feels sturdy, in a January 2026 review, and a custom shower door created and installed for a September 2025 HomeAdvisor customer. It is not only showers — a March 2025 customer had a mirror installed in a living room. This is a young company by its own account, saying a bit over four years in Massachusetts glass work, and its written reviews run from 2025 into 2026: five stars across 28 Google ratings and 14 on HomeAdvisor. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #215101, is active on the state registry. For a shower enclosure or a mirror where the fit is the whole job, this is a straightforward call. Settle the glass before you order — clear, low-iron and frosted change both the look and the price — and ask what the one-year warranty covers beyond adjustments and sealing.
