Aero Plumbing & Heating

I work in a facility that used Aero Mechanical to maintain its chilling systems. The guys that Aero sends may be “licensed and certified” but I don’t think they know a damn about good quality workmanship, solder and leaks everywhere in our "repaired" system. The service techs were back every couple of weeks working on “another unrelated problem”, and run the invoices in the tens of thousands of dollars. We have had to bring another company in from Boston, and they have found numerous leaks on components that Aero Mechanical installed. The service techs from the Boston firm called the workmanship from Aero "unskilled and amateurish". Our company will never use this company again, and you should avoid this company at all costs. If I could have given this company zero stars, I would have.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our Compressors outside were in need of replacement. We purchased a brand new one and had it installed. I took 2 technicians 2 weeks to complete the job and their craftsmanship was shotty. Braising look atrocious. It ran for three months before breaking down. They came back and said there previous work had no warranty. $35,000 in bills and no warranty. Again, another week of work with two techs and more replacements. another 20k in bills and it was up and running. Not even a month later the compressor is down. New company came out and found leaks on every braised tube, teflon was used which is not the appropiate compound required and against code, wiring was so loose we are lucky there wasn't a fire. Do not use this company. Please look elsewhere. If this new technician does great work I'll update this post with contact information.

Amazing friendly service. They do a lot of big projects. I met them during a generator repair job. Great local guys. Highly recommend
