A 2023 customer with a leaking hot water heater said Austin responded and had it replaced within 12 hours of the call. A 2026 customer wrote that the company put putty over a problem for a friend, that the reviewer's husband, a professional plumber, then fixed the problem, and that the company was trying to charge the friend $400 for the putty. A 2022 customer said a message left with the receptionist or answering service was never returned.
WORST. Did a hack job for my friend.. put putty ( a bandaid ) over something and my husband the professional plumber that he IS fixed the problem. Now they are trying to charge her $400 To put putty on something. LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. they are threatening her… What a joke this place is… DO NOT RECOMMEND
